HOW TO USE:

1. Pull out a length of floss (approximately 18 inches).
2. Thread the stiffened end of the floss under braces, bridges, or dental work, gently moving it back and forth to remove plaque and debris.
3. Use the spongy floss to clean around the gum line and under the appliance.
4. Finish by using the regular floss to clean between adjacent teeth, following the natural curve of each tooth.
5. Repeat this process for each tooth, using a clean section of floss for each space.
6. Dispose of used floss properly.
